Polypropylene Balls are characterized by low weight and water absorption and resistance to corrosion. Typical applications include fluid level gauges, flow meters, valves, blood transfusion kits, vapor and evaporation shields for electrolytic solutions.
POM Acetal Balls is similar to nylon but slightly harder and denser. Recommended for applications where these properties and low water absorption are required.
PA66
Nylon Balls is used in check valves, light load bearings, knobs and toggle switches and other applications where low cost and resiliency are more important than hardness. Nylon has good resistance to alkalis, petroleum products and various mild chemicals.
Torlon
Torlon has one of the highest resistance to heat of all the plastics. It also has high strength, dimensional stability and impact resistance. It is designed for bearing and wear applications.
